Great pools and nearby malls, but rooms feel a bit outdated and cramped.

Emporium Suites By Chatrium impressed me with its spacious, beautifully decorated rooms and easy access to the luxurious shopping mall and the BTS station nearby. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, ensuring my stay was comfortable....  

Spacious Suites with Great Amenities

The one-bedroom suite was perfect for our family, complete with a kitchenette and comfortable living space. The location near the shopping mall and BTS station was incredibly convenient. Our room was clean and well-equipped, but we had some delays in receiving kitchen utensils that affected our meal prep.

The hotel's modern decor and accessible layout made my stay delightful, especially the beautiful indoor gardens that created an oasis amid the bustling city, allowing me to relax comfortably.

Elevator wait times could be improved.

I really enjoyed my week at this hotel, especially the cozy room and the delicious breakfast buffet with tons of choices. The spa was a lovely retreat with a fantastic full body massage and the swimming pool made for great relaxation. One minor hiccup was that one of the elevators was out of service for a while, so just plan some extra time if you need to head out. 😊

In my kids’ opinion, the elevators were frustratingly slow, especially during peak hours, making it challenging to get to our room after a long day of exploring.

This hotel suits me perfectly with its great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and excellent fitness center. I remember the staff helped me with currency tips on my first stay. Highly recommend for a city break....  

I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at Chatrium. The location is prime, offering easy access to major shopping districts and tourist attractions. The room on the 32nd floor provided breathtaking views of the city. The breakfast spread was impressive,...  

The Grand Deluxe King Room was spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable retreat during my stay. A highlight was the breakfast buffet, which featured a diverse selection of high-quality local meats. However, the air conditioning in the dining area was excessively cold, making meals a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the lifts were quite slow, which detracted from the overall experience. Still, the location was excellent, just a few minutes from the MRT station and shopping centers.

It was just a great fit for a break on long journey in Bangkok with great value for the money. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, helping us with local attractions that made our sightseeing easier. Make sure to check out the breakfast options—they have a wide variety!

incredible access to parks and vibrant city life

I loved that I was just a short walk from Benjasiri Park and the lively Terminal 21 shopping area, making it easy to enjoy both nature and local culture during my stay, and the breakfast was always good here, providing a tasty start to my day as I ventured out to explore the city.

great value but noisy city view rooms

The one-bedroom suite provided ample space for our family, making it easy to unwind after a day out. The kitchen and laundry facilities were incredibly convenient, especially for our kids' needs.

The city view side was significantly noisier than we'd expected.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The cleaning staff entered the room without permission, which felt invasive. Additionally, I was uncomfortable with the strong odor in the hallways due to insecticide spraying without notice.
